Verified reviewThis was the second attempt to deliver AAAAA 2019 Pro-Vs. Last time, five of the six dozen had cart path scuffs, the whole mantle was dirty/foggy, pieces of cover missing, etc. This time, two of the five dozen were no where close to AAAAA. Very frustrating. The quality control department/folks sorting your balls do not seem to understand what AAAAA is/means.

Verified reviewBalls were delivered in a satisfactory manner and time frame. Balls were supposed to be in mint condition which was a little overstated. They were satisfactory but I think I would have rated them very good but not mint. I may have not understood the rating terminology. I was satisfied with the order and they seem to play like original purchase balls I have bought at a big box golf store. John

One small negative I’ll mention is that many online stores spoil you with very quick shipping. I ordered these on July 3rd and received an email on July 8th saying they were ready to ship. With Amazon, especially, and many other online retailers, you often find the order ready to ship on the next business day. The time it took to deliver wasn’t an issue for me, but it felt like a long time.

Verified reviewSite is great. Easy to navigate. Customer support was very friendly and easy to work with when I needed them. Resolved issues quickly. Overall I plan to return when I need more golf balls as this is the most cost effective way to lose golf balls out of bounds and in the water. I just can't justify paying the store price of $50 a dozen for Pro V1's when the mint (5a) here look and feel close enough to new for me.
