Verified reviewWhen I received my original order I was missing one of the 2 buckets in my order. Customer service was very polite, apologized, and quickly sent the other bucket. Humans make errors. It’s not the error that leads to poor service it’s how you recover. They did a great job and am very happy.

Verified reviewI always buy the "mint" balls & seldom experience anything but great. I've ordered hundreds (yes hundreds) from Lostgolfballs as the course I play is filled with creeks, wetlands, swamps, etc. which are all ball magnets for everyone save very low handicappers. In my yoounger days I bought only new balls and a dozen would last me for a while. With this course, my age, and my higher handicap I've decided life is too short to worry about golf balls. I'm taking a bucket to Ireland next month. You guys are great. Phil
