    For the first time, I did not receive the quality of balls that I have come to expect. Ordered mint 2021 prov1x, a lot of them had scuff marks and dont look in mint condition as in the past.

    I ordered (48) Mint condition 2018 ProV1 balls. They arrived mostly as advertised except for a few that had very small blemishes on the cover. I emailed customer support to ask about if it was normal and without any questions sent replacement balls which arrived 3 days later. Amazing customer service and quality product.
