Verified reviewI have ordered used golf balls from lostgolfballs.com several times over the past few years. The website is easy to navigate and I always received my order in a reasonable time. I always have ordered 5A Mint golf balls and have been happy with the quality, until my most recent order. My most recent order consisted of 1 dozen Calloway Chrome Soft 5A balls. These were of the high quality I had come to expect from my previous orders. My most recent order also included 48 Titleist Tour Soft 5A balls. These were not 5A quality and really looked like they belonged in a shag bag. I contacted customer service at lostgolfballs.com and they provided my with a return shipping label and I was able to return them for an exchange. I received the replacement balls in about a week, however these were still not of the quality I had come to expect for 5A balls. Some were scuffed and about half appeared dull and worn. Certainly not “mint” condition and more like the description of 4A and 3A balls on the company’s website. This time I contacted customer service and they provided another return shipping label, but this time I asked for s refund. So, in short, customer service was very good, however the quality of the balls appears to have declined.
