Verified reviewPaid for expedited shipping and took longer than the slowest option. No email sent when it shipped. No response when I emailed asking about it. Out of the 96 balls purchased, found at least a dozen that were either practice balls, had serious cuts or were off brand (Titleist Velocity vs Pro V1x).
