  I bought the srixon mix 96 ball bucket mint condition. It had 86 Srixon marathon balls, 9 other srixon balls and 1 powerbilt golf ball. Emailed the company and got a $10 refund. I’ve bought from other companies with no problem.

  Generally, the ball category (Pristine, Mint, etc) was consistent with expectation for the exception of a few Pristine/Mint balls slightly reflected the fact that 1/2 the ball obviously rested in pond mud before recovery. This typically is a rarity for Pristine/Mint. Lost Golf Balls always provides high value for the money. I will continue to buy my golf balls from Lost Golf Balls.

  I am a regular user of LGB.com and find that generally, they offer a very valuable product at a good price. Generally, I only purchase the "pristine" balls (Titleist AVX) and they are truly "like new". I have purchased "mint" balls in the past and was not 100% satisfied with what they sent but must admit, when I complained and sent them photos of balls that I did not believe met the advertised quality, they sent me replacements. I continue to buy through them versus paying the price for new balls. My index is 4.5 and at least at my level, I cannot tell the difference in performance, only price! I have convinced at least another dozen guys in my golf league to buy from LGB.com as well.

  I’ve been ordering from LostGolfBalls for a little over a year and definitely at first the balls were all mint condition but my last 2 orders of 4 dozen each had between 10-15 of the 48 that were definitely below mint condition showing scuff marks, discoloration, illegible brand markings and even wrong balls. Overall a good bargain and usually on point with quality, just the last few orders lacking a bit.

  With lostgolfballs, I always find that 80-90% of the order is great and the other 10-20% of your order leaves you wondering if they even have a quality team that double checks the condition of the balls. My last order of 48 “mint” prov1’s included about 40 brand new looking balls, and about 8 balls with gashes so deep I won’t be playing them. I guess it’s still cheaper than going out and buying new from your local golf galaxy, but I am always some level of disappointed when receiving my order. Just bank on 10-20% being non playable when factoring in the price of your order.

This order however was not to my satisfaction at least a dozen of my order was marked either by advertisers or golfers scribbles, and they had not been washed properly because I could not put my mark them with my marker properly.
