  Got the Mint A balls, they were great. The only issue I had is that the bottom of one of the buckets was busted and hanging down from the bucket, however, I did not lose any balls. Certainly wasnt a huge issue to me so the product still deserves 5 stars imo. Thank you!

  Balls arrive as new with some markings on them. BUT THEY SMELL as if a strong chemical was just applied. This process is puzzling and lends doubts to the condition of the used balls.

  I still keep coming back repeatedly. Either means I like your product. Or I lose too many golf balls. Actually the former. Just a good way to try out balls for less cost. Also worrying less about the cost improves the game. However, your prices keep going up. Shouldn’t all the golf balls be exactly the same price. They are after all lost golf balls. Sell everything for $15/dozen max. $12/dozen would be even better.

  Fine--no issues with the order and timely delivery. But main problem with the order was the plastic bucket was totally demolished when the box arrived at my door. You did not have any packing material inside the shipping box therefore the bucket was moving around and finally collapsed (could not put it back together at all) inside the box---was disappointed since I wanted the box to carry the balls around in my car's truck.. Just need to get shipping to put some packing material in the boxes you ship. Thanks! Good job otherwise.

  I have ordered Pristine Titleist True Soft golf balls and both of my last two orders of white balls contained many balls with logos and or prior user markings. The pristine balls are priced higher than mint and are not supposed to include these things. Something is wrong - either they really don’t have enough Pristine balls and are sending out mint balls, or their internal review process is flawed.

  I like the concept. The shipments come rather quickly. The one thing that I did not like is that I found some of the balls were not as advertised. I found a few callaway 3 striped balls that were painted over with the titleist stamp.

  i have noticed in my resent orders i found problems with cracks in the balls.this order i checked the day i received it and found some of the scrixon balls with cracks and several of the titleist with heavy cart path scrapes
