Verified reviewMy previous orders were terrific. But this last order was a mess. I was sent prov1x instead of my order which was Prov1. I informed customer service of the error with pictures. Which was 2dozen optic ball not 1. Just little bit of a hassle returning the balls to fed ex and having to wait another week to get the correct balls. The balls were as advertised though

I received this last order of my favorite TP5 golf balls with one golf ball that was labeled a “Practice” ball. One ball out of the dozen I ordered is perfectly acceptable to me. I now have a practice ball for as everyone knows the hole over water. Awesome service, I couldn’t be happier.
