  All the golf balls in my order were delivered in excellent shape. The order was for a dozen Titleist Pro V1x Enhanced Alignment. Of the dozen, eight were correct, while four were Titleist Pro V1. Not a major problem, but not exactly correct.

  Ordered 48 4 star balls received 41 3 star balls in the order of AVX yellows most had there finish sheen flat with markings still visible not what I have grown comfortable with and loved from Lost Golf balls in past orders. A fall from grace for sure.

  I have bought from Lost Golf Balls probably 6 times now and while I am overall fairly happy, I do feel the quality of the balls has not been as good in the last 2-3 shipments. I always order the Mint 5A quality and out of the 96 I just bought, probably 25-30% had more than "minimal" markings on them. I dont mind a ball with a logo, but balls with names or initials or lines around them should NOT be in the Mint 5A category!

  You cannot beat the excellence in balls provided by this company, every ball I have purchased with the exception of one time as been like brend new and the one time I received some balls that were in my opinion not up to their standard I called customer service and they replaced the balls I felt were sub standard.

  I've had good luck with the balls I've received. On this case I accidentally ordered refinished instead of mint. It's my mistake not theirs, but the refinished balls are poor quality.

  Thank you very much. I did get an email offering to let me swap the balls I ordered for a better grade. That's very kind and good business. As I said this was my mistake not yours, so that's a generous offer. I responded, that I'd like that option and I'm willing to pay for the upgrade.
