  golf balls were excellent! i ordered mint grade, 1 had a dot and 1 had a putting line, the others looked brand new. i have since ordered 3 more dozen with similar results! i dont think i will buy brand new balls again, if i can help it!

  I’ve been buying refinished balls from them for years. Not anymore, Something has changed and the quality of refinishing is not the same as it was. Last two batches ended up returning. I’ve given up! I did get refunds but would rather have the product in the condition that is advertised.

  I ordered several dozen golf balls and most were in excellent shape. I was only disappointed in the coloring of the orange matte finish balls that I bought. It makes sense that if they're "lost golf balls" that they were left out in the sun or water and might fade. But I didnt think of that when I bought them. The quality and price are excellent. I will probably not buy the colored balls again however.

  Volvik Vivid Matte Orange (Red, Green) mix are the golf balls to use. Last purchase I received had two colors (dark and light orange color). Not sure why this happen but this was the first time.   Overall, pleased with balls except for the green Vice balls. See specifics below. I order, and pay for, “mint” condition balls so that they look almost new.   The golf balls arrived in a timely fashion and the quality of the balls was good. I purchased 2- 48 ball buckets. The one bucket only had 47 balls. I recounted 3 times. Not the end of the world, I have purchased in the past and I will probably purchase in the future. Just letting you know that if it happens in the future I will look elsewhere.

  I ordered 4 dozen 4A Pro V1s. They were delivered on time. The quality of the balls were outstanding apart from 3 balls that had noticeable cuts in the covers. I emailed customer service and they immediately offered a refund for the 3 balls or store credit. The store credit was more than the value of a new ProV. Amazing service and my new go to for my golf ball needs!

  I made a mistake in my order but called the next day and changed it with no problem. Independent lab (can't remember the site) did a test between new PROV1 and used PROV1 ... conclusion was the difference was less than 2% on average. I don't notice the difference in driver, iron nor putter. I'm a 12 HC and 66 yrs old. ProV! were delivered wihtin 7 business days!!! Will be buying again from LostGolfBalls.

  Ordered top tier dozen for myself and lower for my wife because that was the only choice they had in the type ball she wanted. Mine were no better than hers. Mints were no better than good cond. Doubt I make another order. If I do, won’t be spending the extra $$ on “mint condition” balls.

  I felt everything was great. The delivery was confusing as it kept changing the date. It took 15 days to deliver to Ontario Canada but your customer service team was awesome! this was their response: "There seems to have been a delay in delivering the pallet. Once the pallet arrive and your individual order has been scanned, the tracking will update with the delivery date."
