  I love you guys but lately the quality of ur "mint" 5a ProV1s has been pretty terrible. Ordered 5 dozen- maybe 10-12 balls total that meet the 5a description. But I'm a cheap SOB and I make frequent golf ball donations per round so odds r I'll see ya'll in a couple of months!

  The balls i got last week were absolutely great . They are great quality . My wife got me 48 mint pro v for christmas and at best a 4 a . But the avx i received last week they were awesome . Ive ordered numerous times and i understand sometimes there is a mess up . Been very pleased with your product will order again . One mess up wont hurt me .   The condition of the Srixon Q-Star Tour balls (mint) were below expectations. Received a dozen TaylorMade New Project (a) instead of TP5 New Generation that cost half the price charged! The invoiced amount does not agree with the stipulated grand total amount on the order #145599784 since the discount of $16.04 (extra 15% off - Black Friday Deal) was not granted! Only the dozen Titleist Pro V1 (mint) met & exceeded my expectations!

  I've been buying for at least 15 years and I've never been disappointed except, they do say free shipping if over a certain $ amount but, I guess Hawaii isn't a State. USPS Priority Mail boxes cost the same across the US as far as I know.

  I ordered all mint condition balls. Too many were not mint and not even close. Major scuffs. I called and they said that they would send out replacements for the 8 balls that were damaged. That should be good customer service but 2 of the replacement balls had major scuffs. Not usable. Wow. I am surprised. Have used them in the past with no issues but now their quality control is poor so won't be using them any longer. Also, the bucket of 48 balls only had 47.

  I bought these as a gift. The plastic tub was broken and I had to duct tape it. The cardboard box it was packed in was not much better. The balls were fine but it would have made the gift nicer if the container was intact.

  I ordered two dozen near mint TaylorMade Tour Response. I received 17 near mint, 6 balls that I don't think should have been rated 'near mint' and one Bridgestone golf ball tour B330-S . I was going to ask for a RTV number and send the 7 balls back and ask for correct replacement but I think this review should initiate this action.

  I ordered three dozen mint condition golf balls. Upon receipt I was highly disappointed. These golf balls were no where close to mint condition. I would grade them at fair and that would be a very kind grade. I contacted customer service regarding my concerns and they agreed to replace the golf balls. I received an email from them four days ago with return inforamtion and was told a printable return label was attached to the email. Guess what. No label was attached. I have emailed them twice since then with no response at all. I guess I am stuck with a bunch of crappy golf balls. I even agreed to only return 20 of 36 but still no response. Will not do business with this vendor again.

  Extremely, extremely satisfied with my latest order!!! I have ordered several times this year and this was the best batch by far. The pristine condition of the Pro V1x Left Dash balls exceeded my expectations. The Pro V1s I bought were also excellent in every way. If I had not been spending at Christmas, I would have immediately ordered double, given how pleased I was with the first delivery. I definitely plan to continue as a repeat customer throughout 2021.

  I have had good experiences with lost golf balls before. But! I bought 4 dozen Bridgestone b330rxs, mint. 10 came re finished 1 came with a clear cart path scuff. Not saving enough to make up for that. I emailed to register my complaint and heard nothing.

  I ordered 1 dozen used golf balls -- Callaway Chrome Soft - All advertised as in MINT CONDITION; all 12/12 arrived in perfect Mint condition! Thank you. I also ordered, 3 dozen ProV1x, all advertised as in MINT CONDITION; however, 31/36 arrived in mint condition, but 5/36 had small cover defects. These 5 balls seemed to look okay at first glance, but they had small defects-- each of the 5 balls had a small 'cover rupture'; when you put your finger on the ball, you can feel the cover protruding upward, - 1 small cover rupture on each of the 5 balls. Definitely NOT MINT (These should not have been advertised as 5 star/mint; more like 3/12 stars.) Still, none the less, a pretty good value for the purchase price. Moving forward, I plan to order again from LostGolfBalls.
