  Poorly. Ordered 48 5* Bridgestone RSX balls. Received balls; but I think around 23 were poor quality including a number of refinished balls. I forgot the exact amount. I notified customer service and they sent me 24 5* balls and I returned the 23 bad balls. The is not my first experience with receiving questionable balls!

  It took 3 weeks for shipping. Had 7 balls that were either scuffed badly or had small cuts. The customer service promptly refunded - very impressed with the customer service of the lost balls!

  Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. There are 1-2 balls in each dozen that don't feel like they belong in there, which is why I give a 4 star rating. It'll be interesting to see if there's a noticeable difference in play (which I doubt). I'd do business with them again.

  Site navigation is a little tricky. One must be careful to choose the options wanted, which appear similar. Perhaps better differentiation between options (brands, grades) would be helpful. The package was delivered very quickly.

  Ordered mint balls, got something closer to 4, many marks and scuff. I can live with that. Biggest problem was shipping, for my are it was supposed to arrive in 2-3 days, Lost balls tracing showed 2 days. Didn’t arrive for 4 days so I had to scrounge for balls for my round. Customer service was non existent, their response was you got them didn’t you, and you can return them if you want. They weren’t not concerned about a late arrival. No worries, lots of other places to find used balls online. Bye Lost Balls!

  I initially was sent the wrong golf balls and called the customer service line to ask about return instructions. I was very pleasantly surprised when I was told that the correct balls would be sent at no cost and that the return was not needed. That's what I would call an act that was "above and beyond the call of duty"! Thanks again!

  Upon opening a 96 ball container with Titleist Velocity, the first ball seen was a Kirkland. Haven't gone through all, but if we paid for Titleist shouldn't they all be Titleist?
