  Horrible customer service and deceptive product quality. Did not ship order for 1-2 weeks after order placement and only shipped after I complained multiple times. When I reached out, no one answered the phone and when someone finally responded to my email, I was treated poorly by Andrew Fick who provided zero help and ignored my concerns. Disgusting company that not only treats customers poorly but delivers a questionable product. Will never purchase from them again.

  Ordered 4a balls. I expect they won't be perfect but these were below the quality description on the website. Most should have been in the 3a classification. A few with deep cart path type marks and many that looked like they had burn marks. A few with what looked like small cracks in the cover. I've ordered several dozen golf balls from various recycled golf ball companies over the past several years, including Lostgolfballs.com. This had to be the worst shipment.

  Orders was never fulfilled as it was placed. Order 2 buckets, only got one. Later get the second bucket an it was missing 4 balls. This was the second time I have placed an order and do not received what I paid for. I had recommended you to some of my friends, however I am talking to them to let them know if my dissatisfaction with the level of service I had received form LostGolfBalls.

  Disappointed on slow delivery. Ordered 5 dozen balls Nov 30th with "Fast, Free Shipping". Received them Dec 11th in Southern California. Took 6 days to "process" order and 5 days in transit. Total of 11 days from order date. Was expecting 4-5 days max. If there is a surge of orders expected during cyber monday maybe hire more help to maintain your advertized shipping policy.

  Ordered 48 5A (mint) Taylor Made balls. I received 26 trash balls, great for when I'm expecting to dunk one, but not a ball I would play. The other 22 were fine. Customer service did not meet my expectations at all. Requiring me to have to send back balls that should be in the dumpster in order to get a refund. I would not accept an exchange as I no longer trust the ratings on quality o the ball.

  I have to say I was disappointed with this order. The “mint” Kirkland balls I ordered looked like water balls, very discoloured with blemishes on the cover. The Srixon balls had quite a bit of writing on them and as they were in better condition than the kirklands they were nowhere near mint condition. I don’t think I will be purchasing any more balls from this website if this is the product to they are turning out. Look somewhere else.

  Lostgolfballs usually has a pretty good product. I was disappointed in the last shipment I received. i ordered 4 dozen golf balls. I selected mint condition on all of them. the order I received had 5 golf balls with noticeable scuffs, 1 golf ball was marked "refurbished," and 1 golf ball was not the brand I ordered. over 1/2 dozen of the golf balls were not of the quality I paid for.

  I was looking forward towards ordering for the first time with Lost Golf Balls during the holiday season. When my shipment arrived the bucket was damaged and no longer usable to store the golf balls. I tried to call but it seems like there is no one on the phones. I instead emailed the company if they could send in an empty bucket but they stated they were not able to and gave me the option to return/exchange. In my opinion, it'd be a lot easier to just send me a replacement bucket than having me wait another 5-7 days for another shipment that could potentially be damaged again. If they properly packed my items then it would've not been damaged. I was disappointed with the response as I heard so many great things from other golfers.

  The quality control of this company has deteriorated. I have been disappointed with my last two orders. I always order MINT balls. The first time they sent me different balls from what I ordered and this time the balls were discolored and one had a cart path scuff on it.
