  I ordered six dozen Callaway super soft golf balls. When I got my order there were 8 balls that were not the super soft. I called immediately and reported this and was told replacements would be sent. It is now January 19 and I have not gotten replacements. Won’t order from them again!

  I received my shipment from LostGolfBalls.com in the mail yesterday and I am not pleased, to say the least. I ordered 6 dozen Mint (5a) Pro V-1 golf balls. Many of these balls were scuffed and discoloured. This is simply unacceptable, especially since I planned as giving these as Christmas gifts to my brother and father. To make matters worse, I also ordered 2 dozen near mint Kirklands and only ONE DOZEN showed up. The 12 that did arrive were scuffed beyond belief and some were muddy. I urge you to remedy this situation. I was extremely pleased with my previous order from LostGolfBalls.com, but this is terrible. I am extremely displeased with what has happened here. I have attached a video showing the balls I received from my perspective.

  I have been buying golf balls from lost golf balls for at least 10 years ( probably longer). Have never been disappointed. One time my order was short one ball. No big deal on a bucket of 96, but I let them know and the issue was quickly addressed.

  Mint seems to be a herb not found in the Lost Gol Balls garden these days. Of the (this time), 36 “mint” balls that arrived - in two precious orders I’d been shorted as many as six, 17 were scraped, chafed or were obvious water balls. So these are going back and this is my last order.

  I ordered 96 golf balls. Most were the mint condition I requested, however, there were a few that were not. I notified customer service and they replaced the ones that were not in mint condition, plus an additional couple for the inconvenience. I will order from them again.

  Order was smooth, the description and choices of how to pick which golf balls you wanted, seemed detailed. I ordered mint golf balls, 5 Star. Payed the extra price. Every golf ball had markings on it and at least half had little scuff marks. Not impressed.

  MINT (5A) RECYCLED GOLF BALLS Appear and feel similar to a new ball. Will show no or very little wear. Is what was advertised, most the balls I received look looked use scuffed or sun bleached. I was very disappointed. I ordered balls from this site last year and was very happy and got some friends to order also. Not sure what happened this time. Very disappointed with my purchase.

  I have been using Callaway for the past year' by comparison using the same grade of ball with the Titleist, I feel that the condition was not up to the standards as I had enjoyed in the past,I have been a customer for about 8 to 10 years, I may have to rethink my next purchase if this is the quality that is now acceptable for shipping.
