  Very unhappy. Purchased MINT ProVs and received more than a few marked "PRACTICE". Customer service was willing to replace but just shows QC going into what they consider Mint or A or whatever.

  The mint prov1’s were decent but I would have classified them as near mint. The near mint pro v1’s are certainly playable and in good condition. The EXP01’s were very disappointing.. most were very discolored, scuffed, and some had deep gashes. Not near mint and some not even playable.

  I have place two orders with LostGolfBalls.com. Overall, I have been pleased with the product and customer service. Both orders had some golf balls that I did not think were worthy of the grade of balls that I ordered. I contacted customer service and in both cases they made things right immediately. Obviously, I'd prefer they get it right the first time, but I do appreciate their responsiveness and resolution to my issues.

  I’ve used lost golf balls a few times and love them!! Recently had an issue with a bad batch of balls but Ben went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and fixed the issue for me within the hour!! Getting the 5A balls are definitely better than buying new. I won’t waste my money on new pro V1s again!

  Would give this 5* as have been buying from here for a few years, always good. However, the last two shipments of 48 golf balls have contained 3 and then 5 balls that are not the make and model ordered. Same brand, wrong model. When I contacted customer service they said that they would credit my account for 5 golf balls. Great customer service would be to say "we'll have replacements for the errors shipped to you today". Don't make the customer think twice about it, impress them.

  Of the eight dozen I ordered, there are four balls with deeper scratches than expected for 4a mint. Delivery time was as expected, price is good. Overall quality is why I keep coming back. Four balls out of 96 isn't enough to care. It still way cheaper than new, and I lose these balls into the trees or water hazards at the same rate as new ones. I will definitely order again.

  I notified customer service that I was dissatisfied with the dozen of Titleist Velocy balls. I was told I would receive a UPS call tag for return .This was probably over a week ago and I still have not received the return authorization. The balls which were supposed to be 5A were in my opinion average condition. The marking on the balls were extreme and not playable. I am a first time customer and was referred to you by a golfer friend. I am not sure I will order again with the response time I have received as I had to also ask why my order did not ship after a week had passed from order date.

  Honestly very disappointed. I’ve used this company for years and the quality is definitely getting worse. The 4 star balls used to be superb. Now average. I also found that of 36 balls, 5 were not as ordered. They were Bridgestone but not the correct type. Average quality and 14% wrong. A similar experience to my last order. Sadly my last time here after years.
