  I would not recommend buying from this seller. I ordered Pro V 1 golf balls. that were advertised as "no markings" but it didn't say "refinished or refurbished". The balls I received were marked refinished. They should have advertised refinished because that is the actual condition. On this order, I ordered MINT and received balls that I am sure are refinished but were not marked refinished. All but 3 of 48 were #1 balls and they looked too perfect to not be refinished. Two bad experiences with this seller. I would not order from them again.

  It was a bit confusing navigating your website. I was interested in buying used balls in bulk (as I did-96 balls) but most of what I saw first were ads for new balls or smaller numbers of used balls. But once I found what I wanted, I was OK. HOWEVER, my last purchase, I recall, was for TWO BUCKETS. I did not see an ad for that this time.

  The order arrived on schedule. Unfortunately the order contained some golf balls I did not order. Ordered Titleist NXT Tour balls. Oder arrived with 13 balls which was nice and all were in very good condition. I received 9 NXT tour balls, 1 Titleist DT Solo and 3 different Callaway balls. I sent an email to customer service & I was extremely pleased to receive an immediate reply. They apologized for the incorrect balls and advised they would be sending balls to replace the incorrect ones. They sent an additional 6 balls and again all in good condition. I am very pleased with the way they handled the issue promptly and will continue doing business with Lost Golf Balls. Good service and a very positive experience.

  Overall the balls were as advertised. I understand that it's a bit of a judgment call when grading used golf balls. A few of the balls would not qualify as "mint (5A)" in my view, but I accept that as part of the process and was satisfied to the extent that I will likely purchase from this company again.

  I have been a loyal customer for years and have purchased hundreds of golf balls through them (likely over 500 in total). More recently I made a purchase for about 4 dozen Bridgestone and Callaway golf balls and unfortunately, the quality has gone down dramatically. I contacted customer service to file a complaint, which was the first time ever, hoping they would resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the response time and service was not great, so I am debating whether to take my business elsewhere.

  Bought two buckets (Callaway HEX Soft and Titleist NXT Tour S) for my wife and despite maybe 4-5 balls on each bucket that were closer to "Near Mint (4A)" than "Mint (5A), I'll say that I'm 90 % satisfied. That said, when I'm buying golf balls from LostGolfBalls for myself, I'm purchasing them "Refinished". That is maybe why my usual expectations are pretty high! ;-)

  I have purchased balls through this site twice and I’ve never had any issues. This last purchase I had to return the 2 dozen Callaway chrome soft triple track balls because they were not in the “mint” shape as described. About 10-11 balls were scratched/nicked with blemishes. The dozen of titleist were spot on as described. I will purchase in the future and give them another try when I need balls again. Thank you for the prompt response to my email.

  Was very dissapointed with the variety of balls included in my 96 bridgestone mix bucket. After counting, there were 54 ladies balls included and 19 "extra soft" balls included. Over 75% of the balls that were included are unplayable for my swing speed. Very dissapointed.

  The balls were great. Delivered on time. They were in the correct condition no surprises. My only complaint is that there were others I wanted to buy but when I clicked on them it said they were sold out. I believe it should be updated to show what’s sold out before being clicked on. I know it should other options. Again that is the only downfall. Everything else is great and I will be purchasing again.

  This is the second time I’ve bought a 96 ball bucket from lostgolfballs.com, the first shipment was received in perfect condition. My most recent was received with the bucket broken in multiple pieces. It looked like the box it was shipped in had been beaten up pretty good. Since the balls were lose inside the box I counted the balls and was short 4 of the 96. Not happy.
