  I ordered 3 boxes of 48 used balls on 7 January. I got 1 box on my porch on 24 Jan.. The order was shipped 15 January and I contacted FedEx when only one was received and they advised only ONE was sent. I contacted LostGolfBalls on the 24th and was advised the rest of the shipment would NOW be sent. Apparently one box was shipped on the 5th of February and the other box has no indication that FedEX has it yet! A month gone by and the shipment is still incomplete and unlikely that I will get 2 boxes on my porch on the 9th of February as one is still not in transit. On the 9th i will contact Losersgolfballs again and see if they are willing to finally complete this order. This is not a company you want to deal with! Canadians should not order from this company as they only ship Fridays a week after your oder!!!

  I have made multiple purchases from this company. Up to this point the balls have been very very good. The last two dozen I got Titleist TP fives were hardly better than range balls. They did offer a refund but it’s more of a hassle to send two dozen back. Don’t know if their grading scales have changed

  The quality of balls provided by LGB has deteriorated significantly. Mint condition is no where near. Slashes on balls, severe discoloration, worn off make/model. Quality is important...they've compromised on that.

  I placed my order from Canada and was charged Us funds. There was nothing that popped up saying I would be charged Us funds. This should be flagged before the order is processed. Other than that the delivery was quick and the products look acceptable. I haven't hit a ball yet due to our Canadian winters but I will see how the balls hit in the spring.

  after being completely satisfied with previous shipments my latest order was totally unsatisfactory. I ordered MINT condition as usual and received balls that were way below average condition. 17% of the balls had lost the urethane cover completely and were very dull in appearance, some balls even had the original manufacturers logo erased, presumably from whatever chemical was used to clean them.

  This is the 3rd purchase of 96 balls in a bucket that I have made with Lost Golf Balls - Each and every time they have delivered EXACTLY what was promised. Of the 288 golf balls purchased thus far, I might have tossed out 5 total, and added them to my practice area in the back yard. for less than 2 dollars a ball, that is a miniscule sacrifice.   The site is easy to use. The prices are good. I tried to stay with mint condition ones. I like the colored balls because they are different then most are using and if you get into the grass they are easier to find. My only complaint would be the green ones were not the color they appeared to be when I ordered them but they will work just fine. Condition is excellent.

  The site and navigation was fine and delivery was on time. The golf balls on the other hand were awful. Most were super dirty I wouldn’t even use them as practice balls, and a few balls were cut. I looked through the golf balls one by one and could find one ball I would use.

  I ordered two dozen 5A (Mint) NXT Tour balls. I received one dozen of those and one dozen with logos and ball marks and player names and everything all over them. Contacted lost golf balls explain the situation, and I was told they will send me another dozen. They sent me another dozen, but it was just like the second dozen of the first shipment, that is they were all logos marks and scuffs. I was told by the company that that's the way it goes, so I shipped those two dozen that were unacceptable back for a refund.

  I ordered 4 dozen yellow chrome ball on the 14 0f December. I have been in golf shops and told family not to buy me golf ball for Christmas. I have checked tracking and it never showed any information that it was with fed ex. It said it may have delays because of winter weather. I finally contacted Lost balls and an individual informed me that they cannot fill the order and they will credit me. I cannot believe they did not inform me. I will not recommend anyone in our club here in FL or MN to do business with Lostballs
