  I have been purchasing Callaway Supersoft balls and others for years from usedgolfballs.com. I usually find 1or 2 balls that are not in my opinion AAAAA grade. I don’t find that a problem for the excellent price and service they always give. This order for 2 dozen had 10 of 24 that I wouldn’t consider as AAAAA. In fact 4 had scuffs like they had hit a concrete cart path and the others had significant markings on them like a large x or initials os numerous ink dots or marks. They gave me a credit for the scuffed ones but in my opinion these balls were not properly inspected before shipping. They offered to let me return them all but I kept them as I can use them for practice. Maybe the packer was having a bad day. I’ll chalk it up to that. One order out of the many good experiences I’ve had with them won’t stop me from being a customer.

  The golf balls were in great condition. I ordered 2 dozen and they threw in an extra 1 as a bonus. Some had slight sharpie markings on them but very faint. Even with shipping it's a great deal.

  I bough the refinished ones and you can still notice the marks and cuts that were made before they were repainted also the paint and clear coat make the balls very hard and click very loud of the club face.
