  Order was shipped incomplete but billed in its entirety. I had to contact them. Missing portion of order was sent without any notification. After 2 weeks I reconnected them and was given an ETA.. Poor customer service. I would have thought missing portion would have been sent priory. Guess not.

  The golf balls that I ordered were exactly as described, (I ordered 5A mint). Side by side, I couldn’t tell the difference between them and a brand new ball. I will definitely order again as the price is half that of the same ball out of the box and depending on the ball maybe less than half. I would recommend lostgolfballs.com to anyone.

  I won’t be back. Buying mint balls must mean different things to different people. Some had small scuffs. Some were practice balls. Mint in my mind was a step above some of those. I feel I could buy the next level down and would have gotten the same type of them. Wanted to try it out and I did. Won’t be buying again made a complaint email and never heard back.

  Every “Refinished” ball either came with chips/cracks… or it happened after the first stroke with the ball. Not what I would have expected and certainly not worth the hassle of shipping them back for an exchange/refund.

  To be completely honest I was really unhappy with the last batch of balls I got. I’m not sure what my version of mint and theirs is, but these did not meet my expectations. I ordered 4 dozen proV1x in yellow. More than half of them had giant numbers written in sharpie from 1-24, another dozen had scuffs and dings in the cover. If I were grading these they would be AAA. But I guess that’s what you get when you buy used golf balls. If I were these guys I’d try to be more transparent and show examples of what their grading system actually represents. When I think of mint I think of a like new golf ball. I would have gladly paid less for the ones of these quality, but when you lay the premium for mint you should get that. I won’t be buying balls from here again.

  Delivery address was residential address. Fedex delivered instead to local post office, where package was left unattended. By chance, my wife noticed the package was for me and brought it home. Fedex was at fault, since they should have delivered the package to my home address. I let Lostgolfballs know about the issue, but no response from them. At least they could acknowledge the issue and try to take it up with Fedex.

  12 out of the 48 balls had significant dings and marks, 2 of the balls lost part of their cover after playing them. Some of the balls you could see the faint old logo underneath the new coat of paint. This wouldn't be a problem but noticed one was a different brand of ball all together. I understand these are refinished balls but I have tried multiple brands that do this and this was the worst.
