  Ordered "Mint" condition and got First Quality I didn't question because the price was the same but I didn't event first Quality. Balls have logos, marks and some look water logged. I have called at least three times without reaching anybody.

  I order Bridgestone yellow e-6, so I sent a e-mail to let them know that I received 4 of the yellow e-6 and received the 8 of the Soft e-6. They told me I should received the remaining yellow e-6 what I received was the soft e-6 again. That should of been easy to fix. They tried i guess! what can I say.

  I get mint golf balls, lose them, and order more. Everything works just fine. The little box they come in is always deformed and mashed. But it's hard to break a golf ball in the mail.

  I have been buying balls from Lost Golf Balls for at least 4 years. Can't beat the price. I play 3 or 4 times a week. I usually lose at least one ball when I play. Hate to spend $4 for a ball when I may lose it on the first tee. I buy roughly 6 dozen at a time to avoid shipping costs and lower cost per ball.

  I ordered 48 balls. I only received 44. Of the 44 balls I received 3 of those were not the kind ordered so I only received 41 actual balls. I immediately sent an email per the instructions on the order and have NEVER received a response. Clearly they have no idea what customer service is.
