  On the website it said “ Appear and feel similar to a new ball.” … that was not the case. There were a number of balls with scuff marks that were just painted over. The out coating was still hanging in bits from the scuff, just with a coat of fresh paint. Did not feel new sadly.

  I nave bought several dozens of balls in the past and all my orders were fine. The last order I received of three dozen balls was the worst. They were supposed to be their top of the line. The balls were dull and not shiny, had several markings, and I even received two balls that were not what I ordered. I believe the company is struggling finding good quality balls and are just sending out whatever they have to fill an order. I will try them again, but if the quality is not up to par, I’m done with them.

  My past experience has been pretty good but this time I order three dozen MINT Bridgestone RXS and six of them has scuffs and dis-colorations that that made them far from MINT. I communicated this but HEARD NOTHING BACK. I would think they would give me a credit or six MINT balls to replace the ones I found deficient.

  Not sure what's changed but the batch of Pro V1xs I just received are by far the cleanest/newest looking ones I've ever seen. All previous 5a "mint" orders would have miscellaneous ball brands, balls with scuffs, a lot of logo balls...na not this bunch. 8 dozen beauties. Really hoping I'm not jinxing myself here but thank you lost golf balls!!!
