Just received the 36 Callaway Crome Soft x golf balls I ordered. Wow!!! If these are mint condition I’d be surprised. They look BRAND NEW!!! There was only two balls that had a marking on them with a sharpie. KC lost a ball, and a small blue dot on one. I was able to clean them off. All the other were prefect. submitting my order and getting confirmation was all fine....but what i was not told when i placed the order is that it would take almost 3 weeks to receive my goods. when i tried to cancel it took me numerous emails and a couple of phones calls for anyone to respond to me. opf course then it was too late to stop the order so i really had no choice but to accept the late delivery date as proposed. all golf balls i order from the web are delivered to me within a few days not 2-3 weeks.. i could not cancel my order because nobody responded to me. customer service was lousy. golf balls eventually showed up but i will not order from this company again.

The purchase experience was good and easy. The pristine ProV1 X left dash that I received was complete garbage! The non existent response I got from the company after I contacted the company to complain about what I received and paid for was just icing on the cake! Terrible experience to say the least!

I always inspect each ball especially when I purchase AAAAA balls. I found 2 balls of the 96 that I can even complain about. I think the worst I could rate these 2 balls is 4 3/4 stars. The others are so good that I won’t buy from anyone else. I tell everyone I play with how pleased I am with the service. By boys who also play always come to my house and go through my collection of golf balls. I have lost 2 dozen to them. I now hide these. Very happy with the product. Hope they continue to sell product of this quality as I will continue to buy if they do.

Hitting 65 y/o, I didn't realize that my swing speed has decreased to 92-94mph, so the feel and compression of the TruFeel added 20 yards to my drives, at half the price of ProV1s.
