  If there was a 2.5 I think that would sum it up. Not horrible but not great. Had at least 10 balls of the 48 that have scuff and defect. I payed a premium to get near perfect. The juice wasn’t worth the squeeze. I’ll probably use about half on the course.... the other half will end up in the shag bag

  Golf balls arrived with overspray all over them. Balls were useless and absolutely unplayable. Total disappointment. I’ve been trying to return them for 2 weeks with no luck. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

  the balls were supposed to be mint or near mint and I would say most of them are good according to their ratings at best. Scuff marks on nearly every ball. I wish they would have been more honest in their rating. I can play the balls, but I don't feel I got what I ordered.

  Navigation in the site was quite easy. Ball quality was as expected. Balls were in mint condition. Could not tell them apart from out of box. The only issue I had was that my order qualified for free delivery yet I was charged for the delivery. That is the difference from getting them new. I will think about it next time I purchase from Lost Golf Balls.

  Wasn't my best order from LGB. Ordered the (96) bucket and only received 95. Also received a dozen ladies golf balls. Wasn't aware that they would be included in the bucket, perhaps a bit of info or a disclaimer that they may be inside the 96 mix would have had me go a different route. Balls were in good shape, just bummed i'll only be using 83 of the "96" I ordered.

  I ordered four dozen balls. Two from Titleist and two from Vice. Even though Vice was the same “near mint” quality, 20 of the 24 balls were severely scuffed up. LGB did not do anything about it despite pictures I sent in. Horrible experience.

  Normally very happy with your service. Not sure how this happens but on this last order, I ordered a bucket of Callaway Superhots. Actually got Superhot 55’s. That may have been my error and that’s ok. But the part I was unhappy with was the fact that I got 8 balls that were other types of Callaway balls, e.g., ChromeSoft, etc. like I said, hasn’t happened before but not happy about it. Ended up just giving them to other golfing friends that aren’t picky about what ball they hit.

  Out of the 36 AAAAA golf balls I bought there were 20 AAAAA balls. The rest of the order was discolored and 7 balls had nicks that u could see and feel. Definitely not first class balls!!! Very disappointed and will not be ordering from this company again.

  I was pleased with the quality of the golf balls. When I received my order, 5 of the golf balls were Pro V1x, not the left dash Pro V1x. I called customer service and asked if I could order an additional dozen of the left dash ProV1x with the 5 Pro V1x left dash that were short from my order and the company pay for the shipping. The customer service person said “We can’t do that, but we will send you the 5 balls we shorted you”. That didn’t make sense to me. I wanted to order an additional dozen golf balls and only ask the company to pay for the shipping since they were going to pay for shipping the 5 golf balls. However, the company did send me the 5 golf balls that were shorted from my original order and allowed me to keep the 5 Pro V1xs that were sent in error.
