  The balls were all very clean and scuff-free as advertised. I didn't see any Z-star or Q-star mixed in by accident. Several didn't have any logos or identifying marks. However, I actually think some of the random logos are interesting to see.

  Half of the order was correct. I paid for two dozen 5A Mint half of the Taylor Made balls had major pen marks and scuffs no where near 5A Mint. I sent an email to their customer service department - nothing not even a reply. I will never buy from them again.

  I haven't used the balls yet but the plastic container was completely destroyed in transit making storage useless. Perhaps better packaging for those who need sometjingbin which to store the balls.

  Some of the balls are not the type that I ordered and others are off lower quality than what I ordered. I don’t normally have this problem when ordering through them but this batch was pretty rough. Balls had scuffs and a few had cuts on them that were definitely not like the top level I ordered should be.

  The website was extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. The selection of golf balls to choose from was fantastic and offered a lot of variety. Shipping was extremely fast. My only concern was I paid for 5A golf balls on both my Srixon and Callaway but about 25% of the balls that arrived looked more like 3A/4A. Overall, service itself was great.

  I’ve been purchasing from you for about 7 years. This last batch of balls was bad - I golfed 3 rounds on Wed, Thurs and Fri and although I lost only 1 ball, I went through about 12. The paint kept chipping off the Pix TP5s and I’m not using a compromised flight ball.

  I have had great experiences with your company albeit within the last few orders of Titleist Pro V1x balls I paid for your like new balls but there 8 that were scuffed, like they had hit the cart path. The description for like new or AAAA, advised that there may be logos but not scuff marks. Again, I do appreciate your company and their vision. There must have been a few that slipped through the crack.

  I received two dozen 5A Mint Callaway Supersoft Matte Green balls. However, four were of poor quality. I contacted the company and they immediately credited my debit card. Great customer service. I've used them for three years now and plan to continue.
