  3 balls arrived with cuts, called for replacement and was told could only receive a credit for future orders. These were advertised as their premium balls so if the success rate is 3 damaged balls per order I may never use that credit!

  I ordered 3 dozen balls AAAAA and when they arrived I felt that 6 of them were not up to the AAAAA quality. I called and talked to a gentleman and he apologized for the issue and said he would replace them which he sent out right away. When they arrived the balls were in AAAAA condition but they were different. I ordered RXS and these were XS. I called and explained the issue and the gentleman apologized and told me to keep them and he would replace them which he sent out the same day. I am impressed with how well they take care of any issues that come up. I also feel the price was pretty good. I will order from them again in the future.

  Ordered Bridgestone almost new & it's a good to great deal. I loose enough balls during a round that makes buying slightly used balls a "no brainer."   Always pleased with the pricing, delivery and quality. I have only one issue and it's minimal. You say "mint" condition, but more and more the balls have permanent marker on them. It's fine, but sometimes it so much that I can't use my own unique marking.

  This is the 3rd time I have ordered ball from LostGolfballs.com. This batch was supposed to be "near mint" and they are definitely not that. Also, only about one third of the golf balls were what I would term premium golf balls, (Titlest, Srixon, etc.).
