  I reached out to customer care when I received the balls. Most of them were as described. 3 of them were gashed and unusable. I received a short response that “I would get credit for 3 balls”. I haven’t seen any credit and no one responded since.

  I have bought thousands of hit away golf balls and this is by far the worst order I have ever received. Out of 1000 balls half of them are cracked almost in half. I have never had this issue before. Very disappointed and will never order from this company again.

  3rd time ordering from this site. Ordered 3 dozen balls. Maybe 3 we not mint or near mint (2018 ProV, so getting old anyways) the rest of the balls were pristine. Especially the Taylor Made TP5. I ordered on a Saturday and the shipment was at my door on Tuesday. Will order again from here!

  Ordered 2 dozen golf balls, they were not too bad of a condition but was a ball short. Called customer service twice during office hours, got voicemail, left two voicemails over 8 day period and still have not received a call back. They would have received a higher ranking had someone bothered to call me back.

  Orange County Ca. First time using recycled balls. Only complaint is some of the balls were off color. Reminded me of balls retrieve from long time balls in "golf course water". I did not play them. I did recommend your sight to my golf partners.

  One 2 dozen order of Callaway Matte Green had about 20% that were visibly worn, logo worn off etc, that I don't remember having a choice of grade. On my second order of 2 dozen there was a grade option and I choose Mint and they are good quality.

  I ordered 4 or 5 dozen balls - enough to qualify for the free shipping. Everything was better than I expected.
