  I ordered 4 dozen balls on August 11th for an upcoming week long out-of-town golf trip. I requested "fast" delivery. The balls were supposed to be delivered on August 15th by FedEx. They were then delayed to August 18th but didn't arrive. They never made it in time for my golf trip. The balls were delivered on August 28th, the day that I arrived home from my trip. I emailed the nice folks at lostgolfballs.com and expressed my displeasure. They were nice enough to refund the price of 1 dozen balls and refund the shipping. It's not their fault that FedEx are a bunch of slugs and couldn't deliver on time. I appreciate lostgolfballs.com customer service stepping up and doing what they did for me. As for the balls, I can't offer a review yet because I haven't golfed since receiving them.

  Was delay in waiting for my order. Which is total unlike my previous experiences with company. I wish they would’ve been upfront about not having any tp5 balls rather than me wait until I notice my order hadn’t showed up on normal time when I decided to call and enquire about what was going on. In hindsight why are you advertising that you have a product if you can’t supply to sustainers at the time. Frustrating but hoping that issue can be corrected moving forward.

  This is only my second order I have placed to date. I always buy Mint quality. I feel it’s worth the extra couple dollars to make sure they are in the best shape possible. This time I bought 3 dozen AVX’s, which were in beautiful shape, 2 dozen ProV’s , which were scuffed up snd even contained balls labeled “practice “. I know it’s possible to get logo balls but practice!!! I also bought 3 dozen of the USA soccer balls. These were the worst by far. Some were yellowed and old looking and almost all of them were scuffed and beat up. I was very disappointed considering they were supposed to be Mint5.
