  I have used these guys several times in the past always with good results. This time about 10 of the balls however did not conform. One was not even the right ball. I contacted them and they promptly sent me 10 replacements which did so I'm very happy with their customer service.

  Service and deliver were perfect, however I expected better quality for the balls themselves. Lots of scuffs and blemishes on the balls with this particular order, previous orders balls were in much better condition.

  I ordered the Mint 5A balls & they were not is as good of condition as my previous orders. They also took almost a month to finally get delivered to my house. Will still give them another shot down the road but did not have as good of an experience as I have in the past.

  Was disappointed with this batch of refinished Pro V1X’s that I received. Majority of the balls were refinished Bridgestone balls where you could still see the Bridgestone branding from the previous cover. Don’t think I’ll be buying anymore of these unfortunately because my previous purchases were excellent.

  I have made several purchases and never had any issues, until my last order. I ordered a 96 ball bucket and only received a 48 count bucket. I sent several emails to customer service and they never responded. I will not make another purchase from lostgolfballs.com.

  I have ordered several different types of golf balls for both myself and my wife. All the balls we have ordered were in pristine condition and neither I or my wife noticed any difference between new or used. I intend to continue ordering more in the future.

  Balls were labeled “Mint” but definitely did not meet the established definition of that label as they had pen markings, and various degrees of scuffing on them, which I simply would not have expected for a ball ranked as being “Mint” condition. Service and shipping were great and I got the balls when I was told I would, but the condition of the balls I received has made me question using this company for future orders.

  Golf balls arrived in a reasonable time, and they appear to be very good. My complaint is that one (1) ball had a large cut in it, so I paid for 24 and only got 23 usable golf balls.

  Overall it was fine but when I buy mint (5a) I expect al of my golf balls to be perfect. I use lost golf balls whenever I purchase golf balls and then was the first time I was disappointed in some of the balls I received. There were about 6 balls that def weren’t in mint condition. Not sure if they just missed these or not but typically not what I see from lost golf balls. Those 6 balls I won’t even play. 2 of them had cuts in them. If I bought 4a or 3a then I wouldn’t even complain.

  I have ordered the the 96 ball bucket several times and have been always pleasantly surprised that every bucket had all 96 balls. My most recent order was the first time I didn’t receive all the balls which surprised me. Only 1 missing this time so the accuracy of order filling has generally been high.
