  The initial set of “mint” balls that I received were definitely subpar quality. After taking photos an contacting customer support, they sent replacements - which were better, but short of mint quality that I had received with another type of ball I’d ordered. Still, the overall service was very good.

  This company does amazing with customer service and delivery. The only reason I feel they aren't five star is Everytime I get a dozen from them. I get 1-2 balls that crack after one hole. I totally understand they are used balls. Just feel like they don't last.

  I only order Z Star balls made by Srixon. I always order 48 balls at a time. Out of my 3 times ordering I always receive 6 to 7 balls that are Q Star which is a lower tiered ball. It would be nice to either have a dozen Z Star balls replaced to me or recalculate a difference of a refund. Other than this issue Lost Golf Balls company is a terrific organization.

  I have used these guys a handful of times and they’re always inconsistent with delivery. My most recent order I paid for two day shipping and it’s been a week. I already went on my golf trip where I played 90 holes in three days and I had to buy sleeves at the course, defeating the entire purposes of ordering from lostgolfballs.
