  I've ordered 3 or more times, The prices are great. However, every order had at least one ball not mint, refurbished or labeled practice. One ball might not sound like much, but that's $2-$3 dollars. It's such a pain to call and complain over one or two balls. Is this a business model or just mistakes?

  I have ordered from here Numerous times with no issues. But my last 4 orders have had 2 or 3 balls of the correct brand but wrong type. I notified the company of the errors on one order. But not the others. I just asked them to possibly tighten up the quality control area. Other than that, usually really good quality product and quick shipping service.

Only reason I don’t give it 5stars because a dozen of the balls I ordered weren’t the right ones but I called customer service and they were really nice and corrected their mistake right away and sent me the ones I ordered

  I love the balls I get from LostGolfBalls and if you are getting mint condition quality there is no reason to spend twice as much on new balls. The only problem is they are constantly out of the Vice coloured balls I order!

  I have bought balls a number of times and always received the entire order in mint condition (always order mint condition), this last order there were at least a dozen balls out of the eight dozen ordered that were not mint quality with scuffs and discoloration.

  AVX balls arrived in two days. But balls were a 50-50 mix of 2019 and 2020 balls. Big difference in greenside performance between t the two…the reason Titleist changed them after only one year.

  The balls were just ok. Some were not the chrome hots. They were chrome softs. Not what I wanted. There were a couple that were faded. Looked like they been underwater for a period of time. Overall though, 20 of the 24 were just fine. Thanks.
