  I’ve used this company before but this time I’m not impressed. I ordered mint golf balls. There were 6 that had definite flaws. I’d rate half of them mint. The rest were playable but definitely not mint.

  I ordered Volvik Vivid Orange golf balls. Received a bag with balls of at least 4 different colors of balls, some which are definitely not volvik colors. I now wonder just what golf balls I am getting. A third of the balls were the Callaway orange, definitely not Volvik. Not what I expected of 5A rating balls. Won't order here again.

  Had ordered 4 dozen 5A mint ERC soft golf balls. A lot of the balls were not mint. I wrote to notify them as such and they wanted to know if I thought there was about a dozen balls total not mint. I responded that I didn’t inspect each ball just the ones on top. He indicated he wanted to replace the ones that weren’t mint. I told them I wasn’t looking for something free but you would think that if they were truly interested in a happy customer that they would have taken it upon themselves to make it right.

  I’ve ordered from here several times, most of the time it is pretty great. Balls are fine, decent quality for NM. However, sometimes they shorted me a few balls or give me refurbished/practice balls and even balls that aren’t the right type that I ordered. Overall pretty good for the price.

  Even though LGB messed up the order slightly (several different balls were in with a specified brand), they immediately made good and straightened out the order. My golf buddy who was on the receiving end of the wrong ball order was more than pleased with the correction. I’ll continue to do business with LGB, as long as they carry my ball of choice.

  Very disappointed in the balls I received. I ordered mint. I didn't expect pristine, but less than half of the balls I received were what I would consider near mint, and the rest were worse. Very few of the balls were mint. Balls were discolored, large ink marks, worn off triple track marks. Won't order again.
