    My name is Mike F. and I live in Mesa, Az. I'm a 2-handicap golfer, play the Titleist Tour Soft and wouldn't buy my golf balls from anywhere else but 'Lost Golf balls'!!     Only order 1 rating of ball. I ordered half 4 and half 5. Of course everything I got ended up being 4. They offered to return or exchange so yes they are willing to help, but then you’re shipping back and forth balls just to get what you originally ordered. Overall worth the price.     The only reason I placed my order was because the ball condition was listed as is “near mint”. However when I received my order, close to 20 of the balls were either heavily scraped cracked or just unplayable and I threw them away.

    I purchased 12 Pro V1's and 12 Bridgestone's. I did not realize, but "near mint" means there can be some scuffs and water spots on the Pro v1's. I would describe their quality as okay. However, the Bridgestone's looked like they just came out of the package. I recommended this website to my friends, and I think they were surprised how much cheaper the balls were compared to shelf pricing.

    I have generally had nothing but good experiences. For my last order, (just after Father’s Day so I guess supply was running low) of AVX balls, 1/4 of the balls we’re not the quality I ordered. This was the first time after many orders experiencing this. I will say that customer service addressed my concerns immediately and sent me a dozen new balls quickly to replace the defective balls. I was very impressed with the response time from customer service.
