    I ordered 4 Dozen "mint" Tatler Made TP5x. Most we okay. One dozen had factory logo's on them. 5 had personal markings on them (made with marker pens), 2 had scuff marks (Like they had hit concrete) and one was actually a range ball. Never again.

    The navigation on the site is great! It’s really fast and easy. The product packaging was good. Nice and tightly sealed. But the shipping was terrible!! The shipping was a bit slower than I thought it should have been, and when I got the box package that my purchase was in. The box was practically destroyed. Fed-ex is horrible to supposedly be a reputable shipping company. I much more prefer, and have had better quality shipping with UPS.

    I have no issues with lostgolfballs? but I have a big issue with the service they chose to deliver the shipment. Fed x ground is the worst. they continually deliver to the wrong address? and make no effort to correct it. you can't reach them, and they just don't care. this has been going on for five years. when I see something has been delivered, I drive 10 miles to the house that is sick and tired of receiving things from my street. this happens to all my neighbors. lost golf was very good to try to get this resolved and called me to help. no problems with my order, only with the shipping choice.

    I like the TP5X golf balls just fine, however, when I order the pristine balls, I don’t expect to have logo’s or markings from previous golfers still on the ball. A little disappointed that lostgolfballs.com would even try to pass such balls off as pristine. Will think long and hard before submitting another order.
