I was really disappointed with my recent purchase. Several of the golf balls were scuffed and showed more wear than advertised. Even worse, one of the balls wasn’t even the right model. I expected better quality and consistency—this felt more like a mixed bag than a reliable order. I won’t be ordering again.

This is a review based on my recent order. Previously I have had excellent experience with lostgolfballs.com. (LGB) I accessed the LGB website to order one dozen Titleist ProV1x yellow golf balls. When the order arrived the 12 balls were white, not yellow, and were ProV1, not ProV1x. I called your Customer Service number to arrange to return the balls and possibly reorder the yellow ProV1x balls. My experience with your representative was very disheartening. She was dismissive of my explanation that I had ordered yellow ProV1x balls, obviously convinced that the order as shown on her screen was correct and that I was either dishonest or too stupid to realize it. She took me through a return and refund process that appears to be based on the assumption that I would scheme to get a refund and keep the balls. She then advised me to use the website to order the Yellow ProV1x balls. I responded that inasmuch as she had had no interest in figuring out how my original order had gone wrong, l had no confidence that the same problem would not happen again; so regrettably I would no longer be patronizing LGB

I ordered 3 dozen Titleist AVX in Pristine grade…what I got was not Pristine. It was maybe the next grade below that. I guess thought pristine meant just that, pristine. There were marks from Sharpees on several balls. Not what I was expecting at all. Very disappointing.

A star divides we’re perfect as “mint.” The “near mint” Z star mix was 3⭐️AT BEST. So faded pale yellow they were clearly in “the pond” for a long time. 👎🏽 LGB usually does better….this two dozen was a joke.

I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical about buying used golf balls, but I decided to give these a shot, and I am absolutely blown away. I ordered 2 dozen ‘mint’ TaylorMade TP5x golfballs recently. I’ve played one round and used two of the balls, never in my life have i hit the cover off a ball/ cracked the cover/ etc. both balls lasted one hole before the cover either blew off completely, or cracked. I reached out to support about the issue and emphasized I have only used 2 of the 24 balls. They said they would give me a label to return the 2 balls… just seemed like a ridiculous form of support. I am hopeful for the other 22 balls but only time will tell.

The Srixon balls were very inconsistent in their quality. Some were mint (like I ordered), some had obvious scuff marks and several had all types of cosmetic prints. A very mixed bag (no pun intended)..
