  I purchased a dozen of tailor-made TP5 "triangle" These had 3-4 balls with a damaged cut in them and a few of them that were very noticeabley aged/faded. Unsatisfied for what condition I selected vs. what I got. I purchased another 12 count of TP5. Taylor made, I found 3 balls that were damaged and unplayable do to a cut into the ball. Also had 3 or so balls that were so faded and noticeabley old that I was not satisfied with the product as I ordered a "near mint"dozen

  I have ordered from Lost Golf Balls many times and have had an excellent experience every time. There was only once I had a minor issue and it’s was rectified immediately.   You can only appreciate the experience with this company by taking the time to pace an order, easy, quick delivery and the product is top shelf, if you find a single ball that does not meet your exceptions based on their grading system you simply call them and they will take care of any and all issues you have, I have purchase several dozen balls from this organization and in only one occasion did I receive a ball that did not meet the criteria defined in their grading system, I called them and they replace the balls with new ones. Great company and great customer service, a very highly credible product and company

  I ordered 6 dozen balls and the pristine Titleist balls look new. The Taylormade and Maxfli look almost the same except for a couple balls that have markings that the previous owners put on them, but that's only 1 or 2 per dozen. The golf balls preform very well.

  I’m actually shocked at not only how easy the process has been to order golf balls but also the quality of the balls I’ve received. I was quite skeptical ordering my first time. I never will be again. My first order I ordered some mid-grade high visibility balls for practicing at the club. I was so impressed by the condition they arrived, I have since ordered my stockpile of high end golf balls. I am never paying $55 for a box of balls again. Finally, I figured it was going to be weeks before I saw my balls. In fact, earlier this spring I order 4 boxes of balls from the company that makes the top of the line ball that I use. It took that company 11 days to process my order, ship my order and for me to receive and open my golf balls. My order from Lost Golf Balls was at my door in four days! I could be more please and more impressed with Lost Golf Balls. They have exceeded my expectations! I’m telling you, I am VERY hard to please. I can usually find issues if the details aren’t paid attention to. I zero complaints and couldn’t rave about Lost Golf Balls more!

  The process of the order is good but the rating of the golf balls sent shouldn't have been mint 5A. First two balls I pulled from the first pack of twelve had a cut and a scuff mark. I have ordered several times and the last two orders have had quality issues.

  I’ve ordered multiple golf balls from lostgolfballs.com and they’ve been great, however this last order of ProV1’s missed the mark. There were at least 12 balls in the bucket with major flaws and they were unplayable. I still give them 4 stars because all of my other orders were without an issue.

  Lostgolfballs seems to have changed their grading scale with the addition of a new grade. 4A balls now look like 3As and 5A looks like what 4As used to look like.

  The ordering process was easy and the delivery was prompt- within 5 days! The ordered golf balls were in flawless condition and were in such mint condition that I will be ordering from Lost Golf Balls again and again in place of ordering from the manufacturers or from golf equipment stores!
