  The balls I ordered were not in great shape. 3 out of one dozen had chunks missing and they were supposed to be “mint”. Not sure if spend the money again.

  In order from here pretty often and I seem To have issues with my orders every time. The reason I order is for the large selection and speedy shipping but I wish something would be done about sorting of balls. I’ve received refurb balls that were supposed to be 5 mint.. wrong balls.. and balls that has cart path scuffs. I’m in paying for mint I expect them to be in playable condition.

  Very happy with my order; shipping was fast and reasonably priced; out of the 48 balls, about 30 or so were pretty much brand new, maybe hit once or twice at the most. About 10 of them were in the same condition but just with some ink markings; there was only scuff marks on about 3 total balls.

  I ordered 12 dozen and most of them were in good shape. About 12-15 of them had some scuffs and surface defects and the color was dull. I would suggest a better quality control before shipping.

  Ordering balls from LostGolfBalls is easy and their delivery is quick. I'm 81 with a 10 handicap and not a lot of money. I have played Titleist Pro V-1's for years and I now buy them refinished from LostGolfBalls for a fraction of the cost of new ones. I notice no difference in their playability....the balls are great.

  Great Service. Recently purchased a mixture of 5A/4A (4dozen) Chrome Soft. Very satisfied. Most balls are clean and white. Didn’t have any balls with blemishes or scuff marks on them. I will continue to buy from this company.

  I paid for mint bidgestone tour and got 10 discolored marred golf balls only two were mint and useable. The agent i corresponded with offered me a couple of bucks f=credit on my nest order!! That was ridiculous!!! You just lost a customer!

  Always happy to receive my new bucket of Lost golf balls. They are always in terrific condition, and do the trick. I don't need $3 golf balls, that's not my game. And if I lose a few, my heart won't break. Still, these are really clean, excellent condition balls at a very reasonable price.

  This is my 4th order in the last 4 or 5 years. I have had only 3 golf balls that had an imperfection during this time. My last 2 orders only took 3 days to be delivered. My last order were for 6 dozen refunbished pro v-1 golf balls. The balls were all in great shape. I will continue to purchase my golf balls from Lost Golf Balls. I appreciate the savings you provide.   I been buy balls from lostgolfballs.com for years.. I have always been very please with my orders until the last year or so. The quality has been going down hill ever so slowly to the point now I’m on the fence if I will buy again. I will say that the customer service is top notch and I’ve been reimbursed for poor quality balls that I’ve identified, but it’s seems every order is not as any the (Mint) standard. I’m constantly getting scuffed, cut and refinished/refurbished balls when I pay for mint. I look at every ball when I place an order now, and I end up donating 20-30 percent of them to the first T in my area. I could just buy new balls but what a waste when you can get perfectly good balls from this site.. (Sometimes)
