  Three balls had holes in the cover, six balls were practice balls which were sub standard when first put in service and fifteen balls had scuffs that I think may be typical for recycled balls although 15 % balls may be a lot of rejects per order. The balls with holes and practice balls should not be included is any purchase above junk quality rating. When I wrote to customer service about the declining quality of the balls customer service quickly just blew me off, I guess it is time to start shopping around.

  I ordered two different kind of balls. Titleist TruSoft and Callaway Supersoft bucket. The trusoft were gem and in great condition as I had hoped for. The bucket of Supersoft did not live up to the gem rating as I was hoping for. Some were gashed up and unplayable. I ended up tossing about a dozen balls because there was no way they were going to play correctly. As someone who just picked up the sport this year I was hoping to save some money with used balls and was hoping to get some in great condition. IDK maybe qc was just off that day or they ran out of quality callaways.

  With new golf ball prices what they are today I love the quality of golf ball I can get from Lost Golf Ball and also because it is sustainable as I donate them back into the system as does my wife and that seems fair. More like Rental Golf Ball more like it.   I would give 5 stars, but some of these balls show up with weird raised spots that affect their performance. Other than that issue it is cool to find some branded balls from all over the country. Shipping was quick, the bucket they come in is very sturdy! It will always be used for ball storage.

  Historically I have had great experiences with Lost Golf Balls but the last order of 4 dozen I had at least 6 that were supposed to be Pristine and arrived with scuffs, water damage and were clearly not what I ordered. I’m sure it was a simple error in sorting, and the remaining balls we’re as advertised and they refunded me the amount of 5 balls but it was a little disappointing.
