Total 5-star experience. Ordering was a breeze, and LostGolfBalls.com is the only used golf ball dealer I have found who sells "Pristine" condition balls with no marks or logos. With discount coupons, the savings are considerable and worth waiting for shipping. In this order, I ordered 3 dozen Pristine Pro V1x 2025 model balls. When they arrived, 2 dozen were regular Pro V1s by mistake. I contacted LGB.com and they immediately sent a return label and promised to send out the balls I ordered quickly. It took them a day to send the right ones out, so for my "inconvenience," they included an ADDITIONAL dozen Pro V1x balls! So I ended up with 4 dozen for the price of 3 also discounted 25% with a coupon...Really a great deal, and top-notch customer support!

Your site is very easy to navigate. Your products on my first order was excellent. My second order was not so great. My first order was for Callaway X LS five star. My second order was for Callaway Tour X four star. Three quarters of them were not acceptable. I probably should have ordered the five star. The return process was a little confusing since I was emailed by two different return associates. One telling me they will replace them and one telling me to return them. Even with this confusion I will continue to purchase from your company.

I have ordered many packages of 96 balls. All in the past until this order have been great. This package came with the balls marked unlike previous orders. If I want money back or replacements they said I need to break out the ones I feel are not good and take pictures and send this back to them and that then they can send me a label to ship them back and get replacements. That's a lot on me to do and costs me several hours of sorting and transporting and shipping them back.

My rating would be a lot higher if my last order went as well as much first. First order went great. Got everything I ordered and fast shipping. But my last order i got shorted 2 dozen TaylorMade balls. When I contacted customer support and told them what I was missing I figured they would have gotten them out first thing seeing they made a mistake. I sent pictures of my packing slip showing they never got sent. Waited few days and didn't hear anything back. So I contacted them again asking if I was going to get a refund or if they were going to send me my missing order. They asked me what I would like for them to-do either replace or refund. I asked them to send me what I ordered. I still have yet to receive my order or refund or even a reply from last email. Definitely not going to spend anymore money with them. This is ridiculous.

Unless your name is Scottie, Tiger, Sergio etc….You should be buying your golf balls here. Regardless of brand, if you order “Pristine” or “Mint” I would say 2 out of 50 have an identifying mark/star/circle someone put on it. The savings on 10 or 5 dozen balls is HUGE. Regardless of brand. Can’t beat it. And free shipping. Throw in a leather golf glove at $8.00 per glove and you can enjoy golf and save money.

On June 30th I bought 4 dozen green Taylor Made TP5’s; 3 dozen mint and 1 dozen near mint. An honest assessment would be that of the 3 dozen mint there were maybe 1 dozen mint and the other 2 dozen that were supposed to be mint were in fact “good”. I’m using the pictures off of the website that say “mint” and “good” quality as comparison. Of the “mint” offering there were 3 with “holes” in the covering. Many had cart path scuffs or minor cuts in the covering. The 1 dozen near mint were as good or better than the mint. I’m sure they sell a lot of balls and sometimes the batches get confused. So I’ll give the benefit of the doubt on why I got the quality of balls I did.

The first 500 golf balls I ordered were the present generation golf ball. The last 200 I ordered were the previous generation golf ball. I asked lost golf balls why the change to the previous generation ball. I was lied to and was told that “ we do not separate golf balls by generations”. Do you realize the odds of 500 golf balls the new generation and then the 200 were all the previous generation, astronomical to say the least. This company will lie to you about any question that you have about their products. The first order I ever placed was for 48 golf balls to check out the quality. I received 1 bag of 12 golf balls all #1, the second bag was all #2 golf balls, the third bag was all #3 golf balls and the fourth was all #4 golf balls. I thought this is great and I ordered a couple hundred more. Needless to say, it was just random numbered balls all in different bags, mostly #1 golf balls. Of course this company told me that throat don’t separate by generation or by number. Classic bait and switch, I will never do business with these lying clowns again.
