  I was not aware of purchasing use golf balls at $42 dollars . When I saw CALLOWAY CHROME TOUR X1 it showed the box like there were balls . I tried to find a phone # to reach out to you regarding this matter. I could not find a # to call . It was very discouraging !

  I receive 2 dozen of yellow prestine pro-v1s. They had a very bad finish to them that had a bunch of prickly ends on them. Makes me thing they didn't find them and clean them. They refinished them with a bad process. It can definitely change the trajectory of the ball. Quite disappointed.

  I ordered a dozen Srixon Z-Star golf balls. I received 3 Srixon Z-Stars, 8 Srixon Z-Star Diamonds, and a Srixon Q-Star. I contacted the company and they gave me a partial refund for the 9 incorrectly shipped balls. That made the three correctly sent golf balls cost me more than the price of 3 brand new golf balls. I won’t be ordering from these guys again…

  On my last order I ordered enough to get free shipping but when I went to check out shipping was included. I emailed your customer service about this and was told I had to check the free shipping box. I then asked to have the shipping charge credited to my card and never received a response. I think this is intentionally deceptive.

  Horrible customer service. I ordered 2 dozen balls and only received a handful of the correct ones. I understand employee errors while pulling the order, but what I can’t wrap my head around is how you don’t try to come up with a solution. I gave them options to send me a call tag and I’ll return them for full credit/exchange or keep what was sent right and re-ship the difference of the correct balls. At this point, I’m having to file a claim with the bank if I want my money because this classless company seems not to care.
