  Because there were 9 refinished balls in order not original balls. I don’t trust refinished balls. I have no problem with scuffs or logos is why I ordered 3A balls.

  Working the site and delivery were pretty normal and executed well. When the package arrived, there were some balls missing. I contacted them about it, to which they said they would refund the amount if I’d like. I said yes, and then never heard back from them again. The balls that I did get are definitely used balls. Can’t be mad because I bought 3A, but they are some of the most 3A balls I’ve ever seen if you know what I mean. Overall, not horrible for the price but wouldn’t buy again.

  To update the review: They did contact me via email after reading the review. I was more so upset with being ghosted than I was the few dollars from the missing balls. But wanted to follow up to say they stuck to their word in responding to the review

  balls not as good as hoped for: 5 were truly mint, 3 had logos but were in good condition, but 4 were no where near mint. Only reason I did not give them a zero, is that customer service was very reasonable is listening to my complaint and making a fair price adjustment, PLUS I learned there is a condition beyond Mint, that is probably what I want, so next time I will order that (forgot alread, but think it might be "Pristine"', and maybe only for ProV1's?)

  Overall, I'd give lost golf balls 3 stars. It's nice to be able to purchase top brands and models of golf balls at a reduced price, but I'm not super happy with the quality of golf balls that were received. The balls ordered were deemed mint/near mint and the other set was mint. The vast majority of the balls have writing and some kind of surface blemish on the ball upon recieving. Not a huge deal for me, but then after playing my first round with the balls I went through a handful as they were getting dinged up very easily and the surface was not holding up to normal golf shots. It's nice to get premium balls at an affordable price, but the quality of the balls upon arrival was not ideal. I'm not sure if the balls were just heavily played prior to being resold or if the cleaning process damaged the surface and caused the balls to only last a few holes. This defeats the purpose of getting used balls at a cheaper price because I'm going through them at a much faster rate than any new golf ball I'd purchase from the store. I have ordered in the past and didn't seem to have this issue, so maybe I got a bad batch but I wouldn't call these balls mint or near mint. They were most likely heavily used and didn't have much life in them.

  I have ordered from lostgolfballs.com in the past and was not that impressed with the condition of the Mint condition balls. Maybe my expectations were high for what I considered to be Mint condition. After my latest purchase, those balls looked like they rolled off the factory floor after the last order. There were at least 12 balls that had seriously deep cuts. It looked like they let a pack of raccoons and honey badgers have their way with the golf balls before they put them in the package. Will never use this service again.

  Customer service lied to me when I tried to add golf tees to my order. I placed my order after hours. Emailed them within an hour and the next morning they claimed my order had already shipped and could not be modified. Then 2 days later I got the confirmation email that my order had shipped. Emailed back and customer service just said orders couldn’t be changed. Offered no help whatsoever. Can’t imagine if I had a real issue.
