I purchased the Mint condition 96 ball bucket and I’d question what qualifies as “mint”. Most of the bucket is in excellent shape, but about 10-15% are scuffed so badly, I’d call them “fair” at best…. Think hit a cart path, not a lawnmower.

I would give you Excellent until last order. However, this time the order was not delivered as before. I ordered two dozen of Titleist PRO V1 and I received only one dozen even the invoice is saying two dozens. I wrote to customer service and called to confirm. The missing balls were delivered and it was Titlelist PRO V1X so I write an email of complaints. I received what I wanted finally so I am satisfied with the effort of customer service to meet the satisfaction but disappointed with handling of packing. Hope that this experience gets better packing procedure comes into practice for you.

I originally purchased 3 dozen balls graded 4A. At least half of the balls were 2A. I sent them back to receive another lot. The new balls were about the same quality.

Overall the experience was pleasant and I would buy from them again. My first order was 48 callaway chrome soft rated 5a mint. I was shorted one ball, emailed customer service and they offered a $5.00 credit which was more than fair. Bucket was great. Shipping was fast. I used the $5.00 credit to order 60 other balls pxg mix 5a mint. There was a drastic difference in quality between the two. The callaways were probably 3/4 and the pxg were definitely 5. Nearly every pxg was mint. There were a handful of the callaways that were mint but quite a few were really scuffed up. Overall, the value was still good and im pleased with my purchase.
