  Idk, this is the second consecutive order with some sort of issue. This time I ordered 2 dozen mint proV1 left dash. Well first, there was one ball missing out of the two dozen. Secondly, several balls had ink markings on them. Not a huge deal, but not delivering on promises.

  I ordered 4 dozen balls and all but a handful were excellent. One had a huge burn spot on it and two more were discolored; out of 48 balls that is pretty good. They also were much cheaper. Overall a very positive experience

  I trust lostgolfballs.com for a lot of my orders. I have maybe purchased over 300 balls from them. This batch of Bridgestone Tour B X was the worst I've ever received. I asked for the highest rated balls, and I dumped over half of them to the "bad pile". Half of them (around 40-50) were yellowed with cracks and peels all over them. Very disappointed.

  It's easy to rate a company on their successes but sometimes better to judge them on their failures. I was sent less golf balls than I ordered, I contacted them immediately, they responded quickly and took care of it without hesitation. ALL companies make mistakes and have issues at times, how they handle and respond to them ultimately determines their long term success.... kudos to lost golf balls!

  I am a multiple repeat customer to lostgolfballs.com. I received my order of 48 Max-Fli Soft balls in a timely manner, however the quality was certainly not mint 5 A as advertised. There were over 11 balls that had visible scuffs and in my opinion were not playable. To their credit, I contacted customer support who replaced the 11 balls with high quality replacements. However, quality control should be better to ensure obviously scuffed balls not be considered mint 5A.

  I got 4 dozen titleist true feel matte red gold balls 3a quality, amazing deal on em I’m expecting some beat up balls but no, 3/4ths of them look brand new and the other 1/4th just has a couple scuffs but still for 8 bucks a dozen and free shipping you can’t complain! Definitely will be ordering again!!!
