  I specifically looked at shipping times before ordering because of the ongoing Canada Post strike. Your site said it would arrive within five days. Then you sent it Canada Post. Brutal customer service. Will not be ordering from you again.

  Great products, online order process not so great. I placed an order during the Canadian May long weekend because of a sale. Items showed available for the color and size I selected. Placed the order and waited, and waited, and waited and no updates. I contacted customer service to find out my order was cancelled and I had no idea - no notice, my account still shows the order as "being processed". I placed another order and as expected Lacoste didn't honour the sale price. The second order came through but at a higher cost and without one of the items that is no longer in stock.
