  I am VERY disappointed with the service Lacoste provided. My order never arrived and so the customer service representative claimed that Purolator informed them that it was delivered and that they can’t help me. I had to reach our to Purolator to start an investigation which came back with the verdict of the item haven’t been delivered. I then had to reach back to your very not useful reps to help. The case have been “reopened” and they have been following up with Purolator for over a week now… I ordered this shoes on Boxing Day last year. Definitely never going to order anything from Lacoste online store ever again.
