Verified reviewI am extremely disappointed in their customer service. My order was LOST and I had to contact Koha for a refund after having to buy a different food for my animals. What should have happened: Koha taking responsibility for the lost package and issuing a replacement order immediately as this is an AUTOSHIP. What did happen: Koha blaming UPS and trying to locate the package before offering a shipment replacement then after a confusing email finally offering a refund *that I had already* requested but have not received.
