Verified reviewSadly I cannot rate the product itself, but I will say that the shipping is horrendous and totally unreliable! The product sat in a nearby town, last stop before moving to out for delivery for 4 days. Finally on the 5th day the system indicated that it was delivered, but I can say that it was NOT! We searched everywhere and no sign of the product on our porch, garage, mailbox or our at one of our neighbors. I had hoped to be a regular customer, but have an ill kitty and can't work with a company that I can't rely on actually delivering the product. I have asked them to move to another delivery option. Finally after a week, I asked them to resend the product, but have heard nothing on that front either. It's too bad! I'm now off searching for other options.

Verified review5 of my kitties loved it! However, my problem child was not a fan. Had really hoped this would work for him. He loves beef and unfortunately the sampler was mostly chicken, poultry or fish.

Verified reviewNeed to return for refund. White spots of what looks like bone are left over when dried and left out. Cat will NOT eat this.
