Verified reviewHello! I was so excited for this, I have one very picky cat and he LOVED the stew variety of your canned cat food. The problem is the 5.5 ounce can! It's too much food for one cat, even refrigerating half the can he'll eat some of it later but just too much waste for me. Please make your stews in 3 ounce cans! Please, thanks

Verified reviewWe received the most recent shipment of canned dog food in great time, unfortunately, not in great shape. Let me provide some detail… There were two boxes, one larger and rather heavy. It was falling apart due to the box structure, the weight of the cans and how the cans were packed. The other box was smaller and intact. Unfortunately, the internal packing was as bad if not worse than the larger box. In the larger box, the padding consisted of a single six-foot strip of bubble wrap and some of that crumpled paper packing material. The cans appeared to have simply been thrown into the box (which might have occurred in shipping due to the minimal packing material), and several the cans were dented (between the two boxes, about 10-12). None were breached, and there was no leakage. In the smaller box, which contained only the crumpled paper padding, the same outcome occurred. The cans were in disarray, and several were also dented, none breached. I have noticed that the quality of the boxes and packing material used to ship the Koha canned dog food has gradually and continuously diminished over the past 6 months or so. I am not sure of the cause, but it is now concerning. It is likely that we will order another shipment of canned dog food in ~2 months. If that one arrives in the same condition as this one, that will most definitely end our relationship with Koha Pet. Our two Akitas love the food, and I am hoping that does not occur. It is now up to Koha Pet to make sure that does not happen.

Verified reviewI find your site difficult to use. Some of your wording is obscure. Make it clear enough for a kindergartner to use, with clear selections, and easy navigation. Get rid of that puzzle thing where you have to choose all the sections with a bus or whatever. A password should be enough. I am not a robot is okay, too, if you insist; but really old-fashioned. Everything should be easy to find and easy to select. Delivery time is lengthy.

Verified reviewOur 8 y/o - 7 lb. Chihuahua has stomach issues with food. Also, drinks very little water. The shredded chicken works … it’s mild on her stomach, has liquid in it, and she loves it. She also does not like cold food so the small cans are not only her perfect daily serving but it saves me from microwaving her food then waiting for it to cool or getting it out of the fridge early so it can warm up to room temperature. Now, if we can keep her from eating bugs out in our field, all will be well! I will mention that we tried the chicken/beef shred but she had trouble with that …

Verified reviewShipping is too expensive for just wanting to see if my cat will eat it. Local store won't ship it and I'm homebound. Would be nice to be able to order a single can or pouch. Or if Chewy or a big retailer offered it. Really wanted her to like this food.
