Verified reviewMy unit number was left off my shipping address and I contacted them right away when I got the order confirmation. Next thing I see is that it shipped without unit number. I called them and the lady was snappy claiming she didn’t receive my email and after all she didn’t work for fedex but she was going to try and fix it and let me know. She never called back. Shipment was delayed because of this.

Verified reviewKitty does not like Any of the food versions and tried them all pate stews poke bowls shreds. Cat has diabetes and would have loved for him to like the Koha food. Cats with diabetes are hungry more than usual and yet he did not touch it. I would pay whatever for delicious healthy food yet I cannot seem to find a good option; most foods are either high in carbs or not appealing. Very sad. Shipping was very fast.

Verified reviewAfter catheterization and several continuous days at the emergency vet and primary care vet offices, my 14 year old came home but didn't want to eat (urinating and bowel movements are and in his case necessary to keep him from returning to the stress of hospitalization). So I set out to find a high quality non-crystal forming wet cat food. Thank goodness I found Koha. He ate the duck; then the chicken; and even the turkey. Eating and excreting followed and so did his strength and health. Ordering from Koha was easy and the Koha was responsive to my plight. Thank you Koha. My Franco is forever on his Koha menu (and so are his siblings!)
