In fact I'm about to order the Chicken again and remain with that. Overall my cat's like it. Ordering is easy and receiving it was timely.

Verified reviewThis cat food is a good brand. Made of great ingredients. I did a lot of research before purchasing abs started with the duck pate. My 3 cats liked it and so I went a head and ordered the lamb. Two of my cats wouldn’t touch the lamb and the one they ate it kept throwing it up. I reached out to the company and I got a lot of attitude. The gos why I give it 4 stars. I just wanted to return the one box of lamb that I didn’t open since I had bought two cases and knew I couldn’t returned the open one from the website return policy. I called the number it says to call about return and the first thing the lady said was they don’t do returns over the phone, only by emails. So why do they have a number listed for returns I have no idea. Long story short she didn’t want to help me and kept acting like she was doing me this huge favor allowing a credit. I am now searching again for a different brand. Who needs the hassle.
