Verified reviewWe discovered our cat has allergies to certain proteins. When I ordered this product, we hadn't yet seen she was allergic to rabbit. Before the order shipped, we realized she did indeed have an allergy to rabbit proteins and I emailed kohapet to cancel the order. Two days later I received an email the order had already shipped (even though when I had sent the email, the status was it was still being processed). I emailed back to see if kohapet would at least pay to have my order shipped back and didn't hear back at all!!! I guess now I will donate my order to our local shelter. Alot of money for me though. Not happy that I didn't even have a follow up email. Never again!

Hi Tami- As discussed in our email exchange your cancelation request came over the July 4th holiday weekend and our office was closed, but our warehouse was busy shipping. Verified reviewAs a cat mom with a senior IBD kitty with hardly any teeth I can’t tell you how relieved I am knowing that I can always get my kitty’s food here from KOHA. With all the shortages going on, trying to find rabbit cat food for my sick kitty had been next to impossible before I discovered KOHA. Not only does my cat love the food, he can eat it easily and that makes all the difference. Customer service is always top notch and I always get my order on time. Thank you KOHA…keep up the great work, and you have a customer for life!

Verified reviewMy cat likes the food from Koha.We tried different flavor and texture,except fish food.I like how the shredded food looks and smells.The pate are good too.We mostly buy chicken and Turkey stew,also rabbit pate.The last delivery was on time and the box looked neat.
